Shipping policy

At Hellenist, every order is prepared with the greatest care to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition.

We currently offer delivery services to customers in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Mexico. Very soon we will extend our services and ship to more countries.

Please find below all information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

 

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value and parcel weight.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

France: Discovery Sample Collection and orders over 150€

Europe & United Kingdom: orders over 200€

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and we recommend allowing 2-8 business days to receive your order after dispatch. During peak periods there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-10 business days to avoid disappointment. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed an order, feel free to contact us.

 

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

We aim to send your order out as soon as we can, so changes may not always be possible. If you have made an error with your shipping address or would like to update your order, please send an email to info@hellenist.fr as soon as you can, and we will be happy to help.

 

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

If you have not received your order within the advised shipping times above, your parcel is damaged, or you have another concern, please send an email to info@hellenist.fr and we will be happy to assist.
