Orders shipped from our US warehouse carry no import duties or tariffs. For the United Kingdom, import charges may apply on delivery. For other destinations, no additional duties or taxes are normally charged.

We send orders out as soon as we can, so changes are not always possible. Email info@hellenist.fr as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Please inspect your order on reception. If it has not arrived within the delivery times above, is damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@hellenist.fr straight away so we can make it right.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the condition you received them: unused, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Email info@hellenist.fr to start your return, then send the parcel to 233 rue Saint-Martin, 75003 Paris, France. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

15ml perfumes and Discovery Kits, as they are delivered without cellophane wrapping. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either. Please get in touch if you have a question about a specific item.

Yes. If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to the same condition of the item as above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we let you know whether the refund is approved. If so, it is made to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need additional time to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@hellenist.fr.

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
